President Michael D. Higgins attended the 5th anniversary of the launch of the ‘Please Talk initiative in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) on Friday 27th April.

Please Talk is an initiative that encourages students to talk about their challenges, be it at home, in college, or in their private lives. The programme urges students to understand that talking is a sign of strength and not of weakness. President Michael D. Higgins was also in attendance and addressed the students.
President Michael D. Higgins is introduced to RCSI Student Welfare Officer, Aidan Healy by Prof. Hannah McGee, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, RCSI.
