RCSI has been ranked in the 111 - 120 category of the Top 400 European Universities by the Times Higher Education World (THE) University Rankings. The Top 400 European Universities is subset of THE World University Rankings released in September 2016, based on 13 separate performance indicators, limited to European Universities only.
Overall, 35 European countries are represented in the Europe 2017 ranking, which draws upon data from the 980 universities worldwide in the overall THE World University Rankings.
